We were almost halfway home from visiting Jamie’s cousin on her first birthday. Only another hundred miles to go, but Jamie said she needed to stop for a wee. Probably the sign indicating a rest stop three miles ahead had its influence.

“And maybe a steaming cup of that gourmet rest stop coffee would be good,” Jamie added as we pulled into the parking area.

“Good luck with that,” I told her. “These places just have vending machines, and if you’re lucky they’ll be out of order.”

Jamie scoffed. “No worries. I was a barista for a while, you know. I even have one of those cute little barista aprons.”

“If you say so,” I told her. “I’ll just gas up the car and meet you out here.”

Not too long later Jamie came out. “So how was the gourmet coffee?” I asked her.

“Delicious,” she said. “Though there wasn’t any cream.”

“Oh, that’s too bad,” I said.

“That’s okay,” she said, settling in as I pulled onto the highway. “But you know what goes good after a cup of delicious gourmet coffee?”

“What?” I asked.

Unzipping me, she said, “A long slow creamy ninety-seven mile gourmet blowjob.”
