This is a story in four parts of precisely 250 words each. Each 'chapter' uses the name of one of the four great Celtic Fire Festivals. It is short and, I hope, sweet.

Angela Harris eloped and joined the Army. The recruiter said they would be stationed together. They weren't. They got a one-night honeymoon and then went separate ways. It was unlikely they'd see each other for over a year. She got assigned to my section and I had to decide whether to leave her to the wolves or take her under my wing. I ended up taking her under my body. I did not intend to break up her marriage, but it needed to be done.

They'd worked together, Jake and his 'Aunt' Cecelia, his Mom's best friend, and now all of his Mom, Susie's, stuff was taken care of. The funeral was over and it was time to settle down. Cecelia had been a part of Jake's life 'forever'; he'd been, in fact, 'in lust' with her always, it seemed. He didn't know that she felt the same way but was about to find it out, and the romance began.

We've been going to the island every year for the last ten years, but this time around, we meet two lovely teenage girls eager for adult attention.
