I'm looking for a story where a boy or man finds a girl or woman that has been living in the woods, jungle or something like that, could even be a post apocalyptic area.
So reverse tarzan

There are plenty of time-travel/alternate universe stories in which a contemporary male protagonist gets involved with primitive females. Would that count?

Reading the title, my first thought was that parents from a forest-dwelling tribe somehow lose their baby in a metropolis, where he is taken in by a family of raccoons, who raise him as one of their own. (Of course, reverse Tarzan is Nazrat, so maybe it should be rats.)

Yeah, what he really wants is a gender swapped Tarzan.
@Dominions Son
gender swapped Tarzan.
Transan?
No. A full gender swap where the "Tarzan" is a full biological woman, and the "Jane" is a full biological male.
To me, "Transan" implies something very different from a gender swap at the biological level.

Aren't we supposed to say sex swap for biological sex? A gender swap could be purely mental.

I reject the distinction that progressives are trying to create between sex and gender when referring to people.

Unfortunately the UK is drowning in woke. A trans NHS doctor identifying as female claimed there's no such thing as biological sex as nobody has ever been able to define it. Funny how farmers have managed animal husbandry for millennia. Perhaps they could teach the medical profession their secrets :-)

My first thought was the movie Nell, with Jodie Foster, Liam Neeson and Natasha Richardson.
There is also Return from Sally Island, by the late Tony Stevens. It's easy reading, like most of his stories. Young woman who spent most of her life on an island with only her parents for company is orphaned and her parents' executor sends a young attorney to bring the girl back into civilisation.Spoiler: he gets the girl ๐

Its not really what I had in mind, but the idea actually does sound great. What suggestions do you have?
