Is it okay now, to repost stories with characters age 14 to 17 in romantic/sexual situations?
Any rules changes since the most recent site move?
I don't want to cause any problems by making incorrect assumptions.
Per the posting rules:
Age restrictions: Your work (stories, poems or blog entries) may not contain characters younger than 14:
Involved in explicitly described/detailed sex scenes.
Being in described/detailed sexual situations.
Masturbating where their masturbation is described/detailed.
Nudism where the under 14 character is described in details.
Basically, all characters that engage in any described/detailed sexual activity must be 14 or older.

They were never taken off of category search. They are still missing from the All Tags page.

They were taken off the place where an author edits the tags for his posted story. I assumed if it was off there, it had also been taken off the place you select tags when posting a story. That's what I was referring to since he was asking about posting stories.

Both places served the same purpose — to assign tags to a story. The one in the Submission Wizard is when posting a new story/chapter. The one in the Author Stats (or manage stories) is to edit the tags currently assigned. That's different than places to do things like a search. So I don't think it was a bad assumption.

Those aren't the only places you get a list of tags.
The rule I copied was briefly had the ages changed to 18 when the announcement of the purge was visible.
Also, both places where the author could assign tags to their stories temporarily had the tags with m and f removed during that time period.
But you need to keep in mind that the last comment Lazeez made on the hosting provider issue is that he didn't have an ETA for the move to the new provider.
We are likely still on servers with the provider that forced the 18 minimum age rule.
I can't tell you what to do, but I am suggesting that it would be a good idea to wait for an official announcement from Lazeez.

Doesn't change my opinion that it would be better to wait for an official announcement from Lazeez that the move to the new hosting provider is complete and he lets us know what the rules will be going forward.
I thought it was amusing that a day or so after the original announcement, the "random story" that popped up was about sex with kids of single digital ages.
I don't think we'll know for sure until after the server move.
IMO 14 to 17 sounds fine in romantic situations. As for sex, we'll have to wait and see.
