Hi All
The last two chapters of The Phlox Kid will be posted on Friday morning.
Why two chapters? And well you may ask.
What was supposed to be the last chapter went on for about 8,000 words and I like to keep my chapters at about 6,000.
Therefore Chapter 12 is only a couple of thousand words.
And in my usual fashion, I do leave room for something to follow.
Don't ask when, cause I don't know any more than you!

With all the craziness around SOL this week, I almost didn't post Chapter 10 of "The Phlox Kid".
I spent the first part of the week pulling stories that didn't fit Laz's description of what was now going to be allowed here. I was going to spend time seeing if I could rescue them and and then post them again.
Instead there were other developments and so I was able to finish Chapter 10 and get a few thousand words done on Chapter11, which could be the last one in the story.
I don't know why but the western genre seems to have tickled my fancy. And if any of you have ever had your fancy tickled you know how alluring it can be.
Anyway, thank you for reading and voting. The story is almost at a 9!

I've been working my butt off. At my age I supposedly already did that and should have no butt remaining. Surprise!
So I have a new story. It will begin being posted on the morning of Friday Jan 31.
It's called "The Phlox Kid" and it's a western. Should run for 7 or 8 weeks.

Over the years I've gotten TONS of corrections in the comments area after a story. I'm always appreciative of those. I would love to thank each person directly but the comments do not provide for that feature.
I guess what I'm asking is that in the future, when you catch one of my egregious errors I would love it if you would send it to me as an email. There is a link at the end of each story/chapter called "Contact The Author". Please contact me with your thoughts and corrections. I edit the stories and repost the story/chapter almost immediately.
